Accessible Space selects Yooz to achieve a faster, simpler, and more reliable accounts payable process using intelligent automation

Accessible Space, Inc. (ASI) is an American nonprofit organization dedicated to providing accessible and affordable assisted/supporting and independent living opportunities for very low-income physically disabled people and seniors.
With hundreds of properties across 25 states and over 2,500 invoices every month, the company needed a centralized platform that could consolidate information and streamline approvals. “It is a lot of properties.” stated Judy Lemke-Kline, ASI Director of Finance. “And because each individual one is a separate legal entity - which means a separate audit - we're required to do audits on over 100 different sites every year.”

The 24/7 access from anywhere with a mobile device meant that approver location and shift hours were no longer an obstacle, and Yooz’s digital audit trail provided quick support for the hundreds of audits needed every year. In addition, Yooz’s seamless API-integration with Blackbaud – ASI’s current Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system – helped with internal adoption.
