The trailblazing AP automation solution to enter 2023 with a robust roster of new enterprise customers, strong customer loyalty, proven successful positioning in digital payment industry, a growing list of awards and strong new year predictions


DALLAS, TX – November 15, 2022 – Yooz, a leading purchase-to-pay (P2P) automation provider, is accelerating into 2023 with a growing list of key clients, growing loyal customer base, internal growth, global recognition and prestigious industry and workplace awards – further positioning the company as a top solution in the fintech and digital payment industry.


Customer Wins

Yooz’s commitment to deliver a strong performance to their customers was evident this year in their customer satisfaction and loyalty, proven by an exceptional net retention rate of 100+%. This was thanks to the addition of several new key clients this year, including Premier Brands of America Inc., a privately held leading manufacturer and marketer of health and wellness products, which needed a solution that would offer top-notch, easy-to-use procurement processes without a hefty price tag.

“The primary factors that lead to our decision to choose Yooz included no recurring licensing fees, unlimited users and workflows, competitive pricing [and a] newer, well-thought-out platform with seemingly frequent updates to the UI,” said Alexander Corsun, President and Chief Operating Officer at Premier Brands. “No other competitive system seemed to have a better option.”

Other client wins propelling Yooz into 2023 are the TransPerfect-sponsored Music City Bowl, a post-season U.S. college football bowl game certified by the NCAA, and Hudson Automotive, a third-generation, family-owned and operated car dealership.

Hudson Automotive faced the challenge of finding a solution to centralize the accounting process for its 39 dealerships. Prior to Yooz, only seven of its dealerships operated in an automated environment, using a solution that wasn’t meeting its needs and wasn’t scalable for its other locations. With the implementation of Yooz, each of Hudson Automotive’s dealerships can operate seamlessly under one integrated platform – just one of many customers in the last year who has selected Yooz to help with scalable growth and more efficient processes.

 

Growth and Strategic Changes

Major company milestones include an increased adoption of YoozPay – the Yooz digital payment solution – by close to 1 out of 2 new customers, the rapid expansion in Canada particularly, with implementation of new customers growing 31% in 2022 as compared to 2021, and significant accelerated growth of ERP integration. With 20+ new integrations as of the beginning of Q4, Yooz is now the most ERP-connected P2P automation solution in the marketplace.

Alongside Yooz’s external accomplishments, the company announced earlier this year that former COO/CIO Laurent Charpentier was appointed global CEO of Yooz – a move intended to support the unparalleled international growth the company has seen over the last year, a trend predicted to continue heading into 2023.

Yooz also announced a slate of new product features this year, including goods reception, in-app chat, enhanced search capabilities and invoice attachment management – a feature unique to Yooz that was created to make faster, better-informed decisions easier than previously possible.

Spend Matters, a research-based publication dedicated to examining procurement and supply chain issues, released its annual 50 Providers to Know and 50 Providers to Watch for in 2022. Yooz has consistently caught the eye of the publication’s team of technology analysts as an up-and-coming procurement player and was named one of the Top 50 Providers to Watch for the fifth time. This award is given to recipients following a 12-month assessment conducted by the publication’s analysts to determine the best-in-class, high-momentum players in the industry.

Along with this distinction, Yooz was awarded both high user adoption and a high mid-market performer G2 badge, based solely on favorable customer reviews – further highlighting Yooz’s growing prominence in the marketplace and their commitment to their customers.
