Your Mission

We see the role of marketing as creating demand, new customers, brand awareness and customer engagement and delight.   

Your mission is to contribute to the execution of the marketing roadmap defined by the Yooz marketing leadership. 

You will be a champion of Yooz and will assist in articulating valueinnovation and differentiation, explain the incredible ROI of Yooz, inspire and sell the future of Yooz; both inside our company and across our target market. 

You will maintain strong working relationships with other Yooz personnel in Sales, Services, Marketing and Product Management teams worldwide. 

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the marketing department across a broad range of marketing and demand generation initiatives
  • Supports system-wide marketing, advertising, digital channel, and communication strategies and marketing automation platforms to attract and retain prospects and build brand awareness.
  • Support lead generation efforts, Salesforce lead disbursement, tracking and conversion reporting and predictive lead scoring.
  • Set up, activate and monitor HubSpot communications/content nurture sequences, Salesforce templates, and enablement tools.
  • Leverage HubSpot analytics to optimize and report on demand generation nurture campaigns.
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns (Linkedin, Google Ads…).
  • Manage the website (WordPress) and optimize it for SEO and conversion.
  • Manage webinar campaigns: planning, promotion and organization (GoToWebinar).
  • Manage the planning, promotion and execution for trade show events; work with rest of marketing team to execute select sponsorships and event promotions.
  • Project management and facilitation
  • Provide reporting and analysis as related to marketing efforts and results versus KPI goals
  • Work with marketing team to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the on-time completion of projects and tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
  • 2-4 years business experience with B2B marketing department and executing marketing campaigns and tactical project plan deliverables

  • Extensive expertise building a monitoring demand generation nurture sequence(s)
  • Strategic event planning and execution capability.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Knowledgeable about various social media platforms and social media marketing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), HubSpot, Smartsheet and Sales Force
  • Effectively manage priorities and thrives in a fast-paced/changing environment.
  • Works well on a team in open office environment and self-motivated
