The role of Regional Marketing Director will demonstrate to be a proven marketer able to contribute to the creation and execution of US market strategies, and responsible for the go-to-market plan, marketing strategy, roadmap and all marketing-led initiatives for Yooz LATAM. This role requires experience in building successful and measurable marketing programs and will act as a key connection point between LATAM market, US and French Corporate offices. This role includes a dual reporting to the VP of Marketing USA and the VP of Marketing EMEA, LATAM Three things you need to know about this role from the get-go:
The ability to work in a fast-paced technology industry, a ‘can do’ attitude and a natural willingness to collaborate across multiple teams are musts. There are no ivory towers at Yooz; this is a hands-on role and it’s crucial that you lead by example.

Contributing to and activating the marketing roadmap in general, and specifically leading the strategic direction of LATAM marketing, you will be accountable for achieving aggressive business and financial growth, and retention goals.
Working with dual Marketing Vice President’s, you will oversee LATAM go-to-marketing marketing efforts, support US marketing roadmap initiatives and accountable for delivering prospect growth and conversion.
As a key member of the Marketing leadership team, you will be responsible for the orchestration of our marketing strategy and accountable for delivering prospect growth and conversion.
You will manage the vision for key functional areas including emerging market trends, marketing, communications, product marketing, sales enablement, content development, digital strategies, demand generation, brand and customer satisfaction.
You will be a champion of Yooz and a customer-centricity czar. You’ll articulate value, innovation and differentiation, explain the incredible ROI of Yooz, inspire and sell the future of Yooz; both inside our company and across our target markets.
You will maintain strong working relationships with other global Yooz personnel in Sales, Support, Marketing and Product Management teams.
Define and direct marketing programs for demand creation and lead generation.
Leverage industry best practices for SaaS marketing and integrate new marketing technologies, channels, and processes.
Deliver a consistent funnel of high quality pre-qualified leads to the sales team from all channels to meet and exceed sales quotas and engage the team to align on these goals.
Interface with sales organization to track, qualify, nurture, score and prioritize leads to deliver a steady and predictable growth in both number and quality.
Grow pipeline faster than company’s revenue growth targets while improving the cost of acquiring new customers.
Develop thought leadership content to increase visibility, emphasize USPs, differentiation and credibility in solving business pains to engage more buyers faster.
Contribute to customer centricity with deep and hands-on customer’s experience understanding and direct feedback loops to increase customer satisfaction and customer retention.
Have a continuous focus on pragmatic driven operations optimization by testing, tracking, learning and reporting on all activities.
Provide feedback to senior management team on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to our customers.
Use creativity to showcase best practices to the rest of the team.
Lead by example, with nothing being too detailed or hands-off.

Specific to LATAM territory
Develop knowledge of AP automation market in LATAM, persona, buyer’s journey, messaging, …
Launch Yooz using the best practices learned in the US operations.
Build and share a robust and perpetually accurate knowledge portal about competitors and their products (marketing insights).
Lead on all aspects of branding, communication, media relations, campaigns, web site content, social media, conferences, product positioning and marketing, offer management and product launches, pricing, sales tools, market research, competitive analysis.
Manage messages and content localization.
Manage rigorously your LATAM marketing budget.
Required 4-6 years of Omni-channel marketing experience in a B2B SaaS company. FinTech knowledge a big plus.
Bilingual: English and Spanish.
Experience working in a LATAM company required. Experience launching new product or division in LATAM a big plus.
Proven record of success in marketing technology applications into mid-market companies.
Experience in developing customer centricity and relationship with Directors, VPs and C Levels.
Proficiency in managing detailed and disciplined lead generation and demand generation processes (metrics with regards to generation, lead nurturing, conversion rates, funnel development, win rates, growth objectives, etc). Experience specific to Salesforce.com and Hubspot a plus.
Ability to comprehend the product and properly position the value and USPs to customers.
Ability to source, recruit, hire, and train really bright and ambitious people.
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced degree a plus.
