Sales Development Representative

We are seeking Sales Development Representative to propel Yooz’s rapid global growth.

This position will be compensated through an annual base salary plus monthly commissions-bonuses. This is a full-time, W-2 position, with excellent employee benefits and advancement opportunities available.

Your Mission

The IDEAL Sales Develop Representative (SDR) has a degree in marketing or a related field and prior experiences as an SDR. As a SDR, you will initiate and manage outbound call campaigns to nurture and drive demand generation (leads), revenue, opportunities and event attendance. The SDR engages and develops relationships with Yooz target vertical prospects through digital communications, outbound call and demand generation nurture initiatives. Qualifying and transitioning sales ready leads to internal sales team members for continued development. The SDR is a team player, results driven, highly customer centric, thrives in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong sense of urgency and initiative. Ability to work under deadlines, agile and eager to learn in a fast pace, open office environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Outbound demand generation initiatives within target verticals/segmentations and C-Level personas with a strong focus on identifying, diagnosing customer pain points to generate BANT qualified sales ready leads and appointments
  • Present Yooz platform, USPs, emphasizing relevant and pertinent product features based on analyses of customers’ needs to mid-market C-Level Finance executives
  • Maintain and update contact information, record prospect engagement notes/details and recommended next steps for sales team follow up
  • Execute defined cadence (outbound calls and digital touches) against target campaign lists
  • Achieve or exceed defined KPIs and goals
  • Update Customer Relations Management (CRM) database record(s) with clear, concise summaries and detail notes on interaction/exchanges
  • Analyze program/campaign effectiveness and provide suggestions on how to optimize tactics to achieve defined KPIs
  • Communicate clearly and thoroughly with management and team members
  • Maintain a working knowledge of company products, special sales programs and marketing efforts
  • Prepare accurate reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis as defined by management
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related field
  • REQUIRED: 2-3 years SDR experience complemented by strong record of measurable lead generation and conversion results


  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Comfortable communicating with C-level executives and mid-level managers/controllers
  • High level KPI ownership, initiative, top notch time and project management and follow up skills
  • Extensive expertise locating, developing and nurturing top of funnel prospects during the buyer’s journey
  • Adaptability and flexibility to change and pivot; self-motivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Sales Force
  • Superior organizational skills and ability to complete tasks without being micromanaged
  • Works well on a team
  • Familiar with AP process and/or prior experience as a SaaS SDR a plus
  • Must be able to work standard business hours M-F 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
