Five Guys UK has chosen Yooz to automate its Purchase to Pay (P2P) processes. Future expansion includes rolling out Yooz for Spain and Germany, with a projected monthly invoice volume of 4,000 documents.

Five Guys JV Ltd finance team is using the artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning and robotic process automation (RPA) software from Yooz, enabling its Accounts Payable (AP) function to be completely automated. The optical character recognition (OCR) technology from Yooz uses learning algorithms to ‘read’ and understand invoices, cutting the invoice processing time from weeks to just a few days. The end-to-end solution from Yooz met all the needs of Five Guys multisite operations, taking only two weeks to implement and create automatic exchanges between Yooz and Sage X3. This AP automation process is now automating more than 90% of Five Guys’ invoices.
