“Before Yooz, it took us one to two weeks to prepare an invoice now we are in a range of three to four days, which makes our managers very happy!”
Mira Karp

“The quality of integration with Sage Intacct ERP was the top criteria in our selection process. We needed to have a quick implementation to guarantee the continuity of our activity and we were not disappointed as Yooz was set-up in one week!”

“Yooz is just so simple, it’s the way to go!”
Richard Goodley
CFO at The Wisley Golf

“We chose Yooz over other solutions on the market because of its intelligent and powerful approval system – without a doubt the best I’ve ever used! Before Yooz, the finance and accounting team used to approve all purchases manually by email. This was not scalable and led to a bunch of mistakes.”
Jade DeCrescenzo
UK Finance Director

“Yooz is at the forefront of financial digitisation.”
Marc Housieaux

“Invoices were transmitted by post, typed into our system, the paper invoices would then have a Purchase Order printed off and sent to the relevant departments to check the matching. Only then would it finally be sent to our accounts payable department for payment.”
Nick QUIN
Finance Manager

“The best bit about Yooz? Its intelligent validation workflows which adapt precisely to the nature and content of each invoice, allowing us to track each invoice in real-time and to understand every decision that has been made – a true guarantee for security.”
Stéphane Gispert
Accounting Manager

“With Yooz, the invoices are attached to the email and registered immediately and automatically. This, along with the traceability, audit trail, accurate data and access to the invoice image in Sage, add up to significant time and operational benefits for the business.”
Jerry MCGILL
Operations Director

“Automating our invoice process with Yooz is guaranteeing total security and traceability of daily operations on all our UK and Spain restaurants. We have been impressed with how quickly Yooz was integrated with Sage X3, and how its advanced and powerful OCR technology has cut our invoice processing time. We are now working with Yooz to roll out the software in Germany.”
