    This WW role is highly strategic to Yooz business model as well as being hands-on by keeping both feet on the ground at the closest distance to our users.

    This role reports directly to the Deputy COO.

    This role is backed by a strong and 1 month-long onboarding and training program.

     

    • Strategizing, coordinating and producing - when needed – outsmart and relevant user assistance, training and other product-related resources.
    • Ensuring a perfect WW user experience consistency across regions (Americas and EMEA) when it comes to educating them to product.
    • Improving and guaranteeing overtime perfect matching with evolving users’ needs by collecting and listening user feedback.
    • Partnering up with US-based and France-based product marketing and product management teams to help them bringing new offerings to the market.
    • The opportunity to impact directly to the creation of a new Product team and grow along side highly experienced international product marketers.
    • This area includes our Intercom tool’s management.

    • Outstanding written and verbal communications and story-telling oriented demonstration skills.
    • 2 to 5 years’ experience in product marketing or management / user experience / product content in BtoB SaaS app/Software/Tech industry (ideally financial / accounting business processes, but open to others) OR a proven perfect ability to learn, understand and adapt very quickly to a new product, a new market and to new personas.
    • Proven ability to adapt to and respect an existing but fast-evolving organization while leading your own activities, interacting with a wide and various range of stakeholders, and being considered a product SME.
    • A perfectly fluent French and English.
