Bottom line, most mid-size organizations pay their mountain of invoices no different than they did 30 years ago. Lots of paper, a room full of people, manual opening and review of each envelope, the painstaking monotony of typing invoice data into accounting systems, and then chasing down Joe or Sue to approve payment (yuck).

  • Your Mission

    Your mission is to contribute to the design and execution of the marketing roadmap defined by the Yooz marketing leadership.

    You will be a champion of Yooz and will be a key asset of the marketing team in articulating value, innovation and differentiation, explain the incredible ROI of Yooz, inspire and sell the future of Yooz; both inside our company and across our target market.

    You will maintain strong working relationships with other Yooz personnel in Sales, Services, Marketing and Product Management teams worldwide.

  • Your Responsibilities

    Supported by our marketing teams (content, web, graphic, etc), you will take charge of Yooz’ marketing efforts for the LATAM region. This position requires the following:

    • Market Intelligence: understand the expectations and behaviors of this market.
    • Lead Generation: develop and implement demand and lead generation marketing strategies through various channels such as inbound and web marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, paid advertising, webinars, events, and partnerships.
    • Local marketing operations: organize the operational management of online or physical events (webinars, tradeshows, business meetings..) from promotion, course of the event to lead integration in Salesforce.
    • Activity monitoring and reporting: proactively analyze the results of past and ongoing marketing campaigns and adjust plans to boost ROI. Reporting to top level management during weekly and the monthly business meeting.

     

    The Field Marketing Manager, LATAM supports company-wide content marketing, public relations, email marketing and sales enablement strategies to attract and retain clients including:

    • Collaborate with our content team to regionalize copy for promotional emails, nurture emails, sales emails, newsletters, etc for your market
    • Translate and adapt marketing materials from English to Spanish
    • Work closely with our “Field Marketing Manager Spain” to mutualize content and best practices
    • Plan and organize marketing campaigns and events leveraging various channels (emails, webinars, tradeshows, etc)
    • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
    • Interface with sales organization to track, qualify, nurture, score and prioritize leads to deliver a steady and predictable growth in both number and quality.
    • Own the end-to-end execution of an event, webinar, or tradeshow including post-event reporting.
    • Provide feedback to senior management team on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to our customers.
    • Contribute, with the help of our digital team, to our overall SEO-strategy by creating fully optimized SEO Spanish content
    • Provide reporting and analysis as related to marketing efforts and results versus KPI goals
    • Support your director’s strategy to meet all deadlines, KPI’s, and projects
    • Perform other duties as assigned

     

  • Requirements
    • 5+ years of marketing experience preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field
    • Your Spanish is fluent (written and oral). Being a native speaker is a big plus
    • You are familiar with Latin American culture
    • Passion and the initiative for creating innovative marketing campaigns while measuring results against KPIs
    • Strong copywriting, editing and proofing skills
    • Proficient with full Microsoft Office suite of products
    • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
    • Superior organizational skills and ability to complete tasks without being micromanaged
    • Self-motivated, proactive and innovative style
    • Creative and strategic thinker
    • Flexible, adaptive and able to think on your feet
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Customer-centric
    • Aptitude for technology
    • Knowledge of Accounting and Accounts Payable is a plus
    • Experience using HubSpot, Salesloft, and Salesforce a plus
    • Ability to work well on a team in a start-up mode: dynamic, fast growing, international organization
