Software is developed to solve business challenges. While technology providers have rallied to bring more efficiency to most areas of a business, via software, Accounts Payable (AP) processes have been highly ignored. Bottom line, most mid-size organizations pay their glut of invoices no different than they did 30 years ago. Lots of paper, a room full of people, manual opening and review of each envelope, the painstaking monotony of typing invoice data into accounting systems, and then chasing down Joe or Sue to approve payment (yuck). Yooz has applied the latest in innovative cloud technologies to tackle that age-old challenge and bring maximum financial and process efficiencies to our customer’s AP process. Yooz is modern AP built on innovative AI technologies.

  • Your Mission

    Yooz is looking for a Marketing Specialist to help us grow, scale, and optimize marketing operations.

    You will work with marketing team leadership to coordinate and support marketing driven project work to ensure projects are completed on time and on task. This future team member will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the department marketing projects are executed on and meet deliverable dates.

    Cutting to the chase – the perfect candidate. Embraces progressive technologies. Well-versed in leveraging marketing tech tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, GoToMeeting, Google Analytics, and Wrike to name a few. A forward visionary for process improvements, with ability to tactically execute webinars, email marketing and social media campaigns, etc. Has dabbled in graphic design and content development. In short, a marketing rockstar. Strong sense of initiative, collaboration, and creative problem solving.

  • Your Responsibilities
    • Support the marketing department across a broad range of marketing and demand generation initiatives
    • Supports system-wide marketing, advertising, digital channel, and communication strategies to attract and retain prospects and build brand awareness
    • Support lead generation efforts, lead disbursement, tracking and conversion reporting and predictive lead scoring.
    • Set up, activate and monitor HubSpot communications/content nurture sequences, Salesforce templates, and enablement tools
    • Manage the planning, promotion, and execution for trade show events; work with rest of marketing team to execute select sponsorships and event promotions
    • Manage regular reporting on campaign performance
    • Project management and facilitation
    • Work with marketing team to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the on-time completion of projects and tasks
    • Provide reporting and analysis as related to marketing efforts and results versus KPI goals
    • Support marketing leadership
    • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Requirements & Skills
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
    • 2-4 years of experience executing marketing campaigns and tactical project plan deliverables
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), HubSpot, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Wrike, Adobe CC, SEM Rush or other similar tools
    • Shows initiative, is a problem solver, and a team player
    • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
    • Self-starter. Able to learn quickly, prioritize effectively and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
    • Works well on a team in open office environment and self-motivated
    • B2B SaaS marketing experience a plus
    • Email marketing, SEO and Social Media experience a plus
