Software is developed to solve business challenges. While technology providers have rallied to bring more efficiency to most areas of a business, via software, Accounts Payable (AP) processes have been highly ignored. Bottom line, most mid-size organizations pay their glut of invoices no different than they did 30 years ago. Lots of paper, a room full of people, manual opening and review of each envelope, the painstaking monotony of typing invoice data into accounting systems, and then chasing down Joe or Sue to approve payment (yuck). Yooz has applied the latest in innovative cloud technologies to tackle that age-old challenge and bring maximum financial and process efficiencies to our customer’s AP process.   • Your Role

    The role of Marketing Specialist is integrated into the NORAM Regional Marketing Team. 

    This position will be based in the Dallas – Ft. Worth area and report to the NORAM Senior Marketing Director.  

    You will be part of a team of really bright and ambitious people to contribute in rapidly expanding the long list of delighted Yooz customers. You will help finding those prospects, wow them, close them, and love them so they never leave. Yooz is an amazing SaaS product combined with one kick-ass group of sales, presales, and marketing specialists. 

  • Your Mission

    Your mission is to guarantee an exceptional prospect and customer experience that contributes directly to the loyalty of our customers and their engagement as Yooz ambassadors.  

    You will be a champion of Yooz and will assist the marketing team in articulating value, innovation, and differentiation, explain the incredible ROI of Yooz, inspire and sell the future of Yooz; both inside our company and across our target market. 

    You will maintain strong working relationships with other Yooz personnel in Sales, Services, Marketing and Product Management teams worldwide. 

  • Your Responsibilities

    The Marketing Specialist supports the NORAM regional marketing team with the following:  


    Prospects-oriented Marketing:

    • Support lead generation efforts, lead disbursement, tracking and conversion reporting. 
    • Support the planning, promotion, and execution of tradeshows events.
    • Support the execution of partnership marketing activities including webinars.
    • Work with the marketing team to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to on-time completion of projects and tasks.
    • Support marketing leadership with other duties as assigned.  

    Customer-oriented Marketing:

    • Create and define customer onboarding and upsell programs to target happy customers for upsell, cross-sell, and advocacy opportunities.
    • Increase communication with our user community via newsletters, dedicated webinars, events, and more.
    • Develop the customer referral program and execute it.
    • Manage and execute review campaigns initiatives via Capterra and G2.
    • Create and define a customer reference program to identify Yooz ambassadors and create customer success stories. 
  • Skills & Requirements
    • Minimum 5 years experience in Marketing or Customer Success Management.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • Passion and the initiative for creating customer-centric programs.
    • Proficient with full Microsoft Office suite of products.
    • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
    • Superior organizational skills and ability to complete tasks without being micromanaged.
    • Self-motivated, proactive and innovative style.
    • Creative and strategic thinker.
    • Flexible, adaptive, and able to think on your feet.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Customer-centric.
    • Ability to work well on a team in a start-up mode: dynamic, fast growing, international organization.
    • Aptitude for technology.
    • Knowledge of Accounting and Accounts Payable is a plus.
    • Experience in technology industry or SaaS companies a plus.
    • Experience using HubSpot, Salesloft, and Salesforce a plus.
    • Experience with B2B marketing a plus.
    • Multilingual a BIG plus (especially in Spanish and French).
