Software is developed to solve business challenges. While technology providers have rallied to bring more efficiency to most areas of a business, via software, Accounts Payable (AP) processes have been highly ignored. Bottom line, most mid-size organizations pay their glut of invoices no different than they did 30 years ago. Lots of paper, a room full of people, manual opening and review of each envelope, the painstaking monotony of typing invoice data into accounting systems, and then chasing down Joe or Sue to approve payment (yuck). Yooz has applied the latest in innovative cloud technologies to tackle that age-old challenge and bring maximum financial and process efficiencies to our customer’s AP process. Yooz is modern AP built on innovative AI technologies.

  • Your Mission

    Sales Develop Representative (SDR) helps drive Yooz’ s rapid North America market growth. As an SDR, you will initiate and manage outbound call campaigns to nurture and drive demand generation (leads), revenue, opportunities, and event attendance. The SDR engages and develops relationships with Yooz target vertical prospects through digital communications. Qualifying and transitioning sales ready leads to internal sales team members for continued development.

  • Your Responsibilities
    • 100 calls/ day - outbound demand generation initiatives within target verticals/segmentations and C-Level personas with a strong focus on identifying, diagnosing customer pain points to generate BANT qualified sales ready leads and appointments
    • Present Yooz platform, USPs, emphasizing relevant and pertinent product features based on analyses of customers' needs to mid-market C-Level Finance executives
    • Maintain and update contact information, record prospect engagement notes/details and recommended next steps for sales team follow up
    • Execute defined cadence (outbound calls and digital touches) against target campaign lists
    • Achieve or exceed defined KPIs and goals
    • Update Customer Relations Management (CRM) database record(s) with clear, concise summaries and detail notes on interaction/exchanges
    • Analyze program/campaign effectiveness and provide suggestions on how to optimize tactics to achieve defined KPIs
    • Communicate clearly and thoroughly with management and team members
    • Maintain a working knowledge of company products, special sales programs and marketing efforts
    • Prepare accurate reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis as defined by management
    • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Skills & Requirements
    • Proven work experience as a business development rep, account manager, account executive, or relevant fields.
    • Exceptional at prospecting to supplement inbound leads, be experienced in using sales techniques to identify opportunities for sales/improvement or new ways to achieve objectives.
    • A good understanding of the SaaS solution and Accounting
    • Familiar with databases, spreadsheets and Salesforce.
    • Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills, in person and over the phone/web.
    • Strong listening and negotiation skills
    • Self-motivated, results driven, highly customer centric
    • Business athlete and aggressive team player - hungry, nimble and intelligent
    • Ability to work in a start-up mode: dynamic, fast growing, international, open office environment.
