Software is developed to solve business challenges. While technology providers have rallied to bring more efficiency to most areas of a business, via software, Accounts Payable (AP) processes have been highly ignored. Bottom line, most mid-size organizations pay their glut of invoices no different than they did 30 years ago. Lots of paper, a room full of people, manual opening and review of each envelope, the painstaking monotony of typing invoice data into accounting systems, and then chasing down Joe or Sue to approve payment (yuck).   • Your Mission

    Recruitment at Yooz is highly valued. In this role, you will play a crucial part in Yooz’s growth, by helping us attract, select, interview and onboard our candidates and future hires. You will manage the entire recruitment process for many different open positions. You will be also responsible of the employees’ onboarding. You will maintain and develop effective administrative tasks in a growing organization. You will help the HR Executive with HR projects to improve employee welfare.

  • Your Responsibilities
    • Collaborating with Managers to understand their recruitment needs and make each recruitment a successful team achievement.
    • Sourcing applicants with LinkedIn Recruiter Search.
    • Managing the full recruitment process: posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling the interviews, sending assessments/ rejection emails, etc.
    • Managing recruitment databases and ensuring that we're following best practices for tracking each candidate’s journey through our applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Achieve or exceed defined KPIs and goals.
    • Update Customer Relations Management (CRM) database record(s) with clear, concise summaries and detail notes on interaction/exchanges.
    • Assisting with the administrative onboarding tasks (references calls, background checks, compiling and maintaining electronic employee records on our HR system, enrolling employee on our Health/Life insurance, 401k, etc.) and coordinating logistics for new hire’s first day.
    • Overseeing team building events (welcome breakfast, birthday lunch, Quarterly team building events, ordering food supplies, etc.).
    • Assisting with the implementation of new benefits or HR projects.
    • Continuously learning the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency.
  • Skills & Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
    • Experience in sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter Search and familiarity with LinkedIn ATS software would be a big plus.
    • Hands-on experience with an HRIS, basic knowledge of labor laws.
    • Excellent organizational skills, high level of attention to details and accuracy.
    • A confident and sociable person who looks for guidance and counsel when needed.
    • Ability to work in a start-up mode, in a dynamic and fast-growing industry and in an international environment.
