About the Report
Now in its 15th year, Ardent Partners annual ‘State of ePayables’ market research survey seeks to provide an industry-wide view into what is happening in the world of accounts payable today by drawing on the experience, performance, and perspective of AP and finance professionals.
The 2020 edition of the ‘State of ePayables’ report will look at how AP is “Rising to the Challenge” and driving value in a difficult environment. Additionally, the report will publish performance benchmark information and the strategies that Best-in-Class AP departments use to gain an advantage in areas of invoice delivery, approval processing, B2B payments, cash management, Procure-to-Pay, and stakeholder relationships.
