Yooz’s automated account technology will provide Aubade with 80% automation rates – the highest automation rate on the market – cut invoice processing time from weeks to just a few days, and decrease administrative costs by around 70%.
Yooz self-learning technology combines real-time Artificial Intelligence, Big Data and Deep Learning to automate the entire invoice system – from invoice creation right through to payment – for better visibility, accuracy, and security in the finance function.
Aubade employees benefit from a ‘zero touch’ process, with invoices automatically scanned, recorded and transmitted by Yooz into Aubade’s Infor Anael financial system and sent to financial leaders for one-click validation from their PC, tablet or smartphone.
Documents processed and validated using the Yooz purchase-to-pay system are archived for 6 years, with a full text search engine making it quick and easy to find historical invoices for auditing purposes.
Created in 1950 and owned by the Swiss Calida group, the Aubade brand now has more than 400 employees, 55 stores and 6 subsidiaries.
