Nice Premium Motors, a car dealership based in Nice, on the French Riviera, chose Yooz to automate their accounting processes. In 2024, the organisation reported a turnover of €100 million, representing approximately 1,500 new and 1,000 second-hand vehicles. The company is spread across three sites, bringing together the BMW (new and second-hand), BMW Motorrad and Mini brands, whose Accounts Payable operations are now managed and coordinated using Yooz.
The challenge: Tedious and time-consuming manual data processing, increasing the risk of error
Before implementing Yooz, manual invoice processing was a laborious task for the accounting department. Approvals were also a time-consuming activity for employees, who had to go to the accounting office each time a document or purchase needed to be authorised. What’s more, invoices sometimes got lost or forgotten and were therefore not processed. Manual invoice processing was not only slow and unproductive but also increased the risk of human error.

The benefits: Time savings, enhanced control and improved collaboration
After adopting Yooz, the cloud-based AP automation solution, Nice Premium Motors observed several significant benefits:
- Time and productivity improvements: Yooz has streamlined each step of the accounting process. Since its implementation, invoice processing times have been divided by 6.
- Clearer monitoring and transparency: The solution is fully adapted to automotive sector operations. In the second-hand vehicle department, for example, Yooz centralises the large number of suppliers working on vehicles and enables the tracking of the 40 to 50 invoices generated each day. Meanwhile, the search functionality allows any department, to directly see all the service providers who have worked on a particular vehicle, using a chassis or registration number.
- Enhanced communication and collaboration: Yooz facilitates exchanges between service providers and employees, as well as with suppliers. The interface allows users to block, unblock or comment on a document and to mention others, ensuring fast, direct communication.
- Additional reporting and reinforced control: Yooz gives access to various indicators based on the documents automatically collected (expenses specific to each department, main suppliers and service providers, etc.), and offers the possibility to generate associated Excel files.
